The room was a very nice size & was surprised to find a Jacuzzi in the bath, the Hotel staff were very helpful, with directions, changes in the booking etc, the girl at the reception, went out of the way to find information from the net to answer my queries. The location of the Hotel is also convenient, as there are 2 Tube stations within 10 mins walk from the Hotel & a Bus stop just outside the Hotel. The food at the in House Chinese restaurant was very good.
The breakfast could do with some variety.

Thanks a lot guys for a really lovely stay for a weekend of NFL at Wembley. All the rooms are spotless and modern looking with a double bed and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is varied and good hot for our taste, has great food. The location is unbeatable and incredibly comfortable, by tube.

Near to the centre; near by tube station; kettel in the room
very thin curtains; neon-sign by the window; strange smell in the bathroom; broken window in the bathroom

Free internet access and good service from the front desk
Very noisy with traffic outside of the hotel. Light walls allow you to hear your neighbours. About 15 minutes walk to the tube and 35 minutes by tube to Victoria station.

I liked the fact that the staff has been very helpful and friendly. A little to far from the city.

Delicious breakfast varieties offered each morning.
The fridge in the room was excessively loud and disturbed our sleep.

Clean and comfortable
Water temperature control was not good. Also the tube station is not one of the neariest but it's ok

The hotel is moderately priced and, for what we paid, we were quite satisfied. The room was clean and an adequate size for a short stay. The bathroom was good and the shower powerful. It kept the temperature !!!!! Breakfast was self service. Although choice is limited, you can have as much as you want. The walk from Acton Town takes a bit more than 10 min as it is up hill almost all the way. There is a bus just near the hotel that drops you off at Ealing Common underground . The bus is frequent and the trip takes about 3 minutes. The hotel is just off the main road and so look out for it. it is at the beginning just at the back of Morrison Supermarket.
The trip by underground took about 30 minutes and then you still have to walk to the hotel. However, we knew this when we booked and obviously if the hotel was more central it would have been more expensive.

Room was clean, with air conditioning unit. Location was pretty quiet (on a Tuesday night).
The hotel was quite out of the way, about 25 minutes walk from the nearest tube station. Plenty of buses went past though.

, Room was clean and pleasant , ,Lovely fresh bathroom , Excellent continental breakfast , and Pleasant staff .Would stay again ,but ! (see complaints ) ,Very central to Acton shops for supplies ,
Arrived after a long journey , and a long walk from the tube station , to be told they didnt have one of the two rooms we booked , so could we stay somewhere else ?, :( Then ,2 rooms were found in the hotel despite being told everyone had checked in , booking mix-up ,Not really a good start ,Be warned its a long walk to tube line so unless you have the car ,work out a Bus route before your visit for part of your journey ,Bed hard with only one pillow each , but as we had a busy day slept ok , not sure on a longer stay you would sleep the same though .

Family friendly but could be better
I had a stay during peak season which is always a gamble but lucked out with the really good customer service when the staff were helpful saving us from a parking ticket and the room was clean and freshly done

The staff were really friendly, the room was nice. The hotel is right next to a main road, so it can be a bit noisy at night.
The location. It is a lot of walking to the nearest tube station.
